Jess Watham’s painting straddles the line between meticulous realism and dynamic abstraction. He is able to capture the vital essence of the life-force of each creature and elevates wildlife portraiture with a vibrant and high-octane spin. 

Tennessee based artist Jess Wathen is new to Roq la Rue and we are thrilled you share with you five gorgeous pieces that are now available through the gallery. Each work is on cradled panel and ready to hang. Jess will have a full solo show in March 2025 and we are looking forward to sharing more of his formidable skill and singular fantastical vision at the gallery.
