Jeff Jacobson (aka "Weirdo"- his nom de plume for his highly sought after murals that cover Seattle - if you've seen a mural in the city that turned your head it was probably one of Jeff's) makes his return to the fine art world with a new paintings that meld a light show techno-futurism with soft, organic infused portraiture of both humans and wildlife. Jacobson often uses earth materials as images in his paintings (crystals, flowers, birds) set in sci fi and geometric settings as a way to evoke a potential utopian and hopeful future he often refers to as "Post-Internet Hyperrealism".

“ My work, as it is today, is about creating and maintaining a parallel eco-system of natural worlds and technology that we interact with. This dimension is not so different from our own, but different enough to keep us asking questions. I’m choosing, as is my style, to show an undercurrent of darkness while saturating the viewer in color and story. Over time I hope to expand this ecosystem and reveal the riddles of its nature.” - Jeff Jacobson
