Peter Ferguson (Montreal, Canada) returns for his yearly December show with a new batch of works for his solo show "Aim For The Control Device, Julie". Peter has amassed a fanbase for his singular style- a distinctive blend of cosmic horror and good natured absurdist humor, influenced by everything from 50's pulp magazines, 1940's National Geographic stories, to Jules Verne-worthy steampunkish technology and Golden Age of Exploration fantasy. His work is always rendered in his signature dark palette purposefully created to evoke paintings found in old posh gentlemen's clubs or decaying estates. Only upon closer inspection does the surrealistic bent appear.
