Bruno Pontiroli (France) has his first exhibition with us with his solo show "Bêtises". Pontiroli has exhibited globally with his trademark paintings of surrealistically contorted animals, taking classical natural history imagery and subverting it, bending the subjects in to elasticine shapes “like the way a child plays with modeling clay or a building set for instance.” A bit too well made to be whimsy, these works are none the less fun in their exploration of the rediculousness of life.
